Automatic Double-column horizontal metal band sawing machine
1. Base: The base is made of a high-quality steel plate and welded together. It undergoes vibration aging treatment and has minimal welding deformation. It is mainly used to install various components of the machine tool.
2. Worktable: The worktable adopts a sliding design and consists of a main worktable and an auxiliary worktable. The main worktable is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to slide back and forth. It resets during sawing and has a maximum sliding stroke of 1200mm.
3. Main drive system: The main drive system of the machine tool consists of a worm gearbox, drive wheel, and belt pulley. The worm gearbox is directly connected to the drive wheel, ensuring smooth and impact-free transmission. The speed of the saw blade can be adjusted through a frequency converter to achieve various speeds.
4. Tiger clamp clamping: It adopts hydraulic automatic clamping, where the workpiece is clamped by the tiger clamp plate driven by a hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic clamping ensures stable and reliable clamping.
5. Saw frame: The saw frame has a bow-shaped structure, and the saw frame plate is made of high-quality steel plate. It is welded with reinforced ribs to redistribute and eliminate welding stress through vibration aging, ensuring the stability of the saw frame. The drive wheel, driven wheel, and left-right guiding device are all installed on the saw frame. During machine tool operation, the saw wheel rotates counterclockwise.
6. Guiding device: The guiding device of this machine tool consists of a movable guiding arm and a fixed guiding arm. The movement of the movable guiding arm is automatically adjusted based on the opening and closing of the tiger clamp. The top and side of the guiding seat are made of hard alloy, and a pre-guiding device is provided to ensure stable guiding and extend the life of the saw blade.
7. Saw blade tensioning device: The tensioning of the saw blade is achieved through hydraulic automatic tensioning. The sliding block is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to move the driven wheel in the tensioning seat, thereby tensioning the saw blade. The saw frame is equipped with a belt break protection device.
8. Column structure: To increase the stability of the machine tool, this machine tool adopts a dual-column (one round and one square) structure, and the lifting of the saw frame is driven by an oil cylinder.
9. Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system consists of one oil tank, one hydraulic motor, one oil pump, one-speed control valve, and multiple solenoid valves. The main solenoid valves and hydraulic pumps are products of well-known domestic companies.
10. Cooling system: To extend the life of the saw blade, prevent overheating, and ensure cutting accuracy, the machine tool adopts a centralized cooling system with a cooling pump located at the position of the left and right guiding arms. The cooling liquid can be automatically recycled for environmental protection requirements.
11. Electrical system: This machine tool is designed with a separate electrical control cabinet, where all electrical components are installed. To ensure safety, there are interlocks between various actions. Specifically, the main drive cannot operate if the tiger clamp is not clamped; the tiger clamp cannot be released during the sawing process; the front tiger clamp is clamped, and feeding is not possible, etc.

Packaging & Logistics
In principle, our packaging and logistics process must comply with all legal requirements. These are in particular:
- dangerous goods regulation
- national/international regulations for the treatment of wooden pallets
- requirements of sea freight, if necessary
- requirements of air cargo, if necessary
- packaging directives from our customers
Further applies to:
- The transport safety always rests with the consignor. Regarding cargo securing the legal regulations apply according to StVO and HGB and the VDI Guideline 2700.
- Infinity Company shall treat the goods during storage and shipping in such a way that the agreed-upon quality standard is preserved.
- The storage at our location shall be made according to the FIFO principle.
- All packaging materials must be free of attached silicone (e.g. silicone oil) and contain silicone.
Environmental Requirements / Occupational Safety
No danger to humans or the environment may occur through the delivery of the products. Hazardous materials (dangerous goods) must be labeled in such a way that the dangers are easily recognizable and visible from the outside.
- Individual packs / reusable packaging / refillable containers should not exceed an individual weight of 15 kg.
- The packing height of the loading unit must not exceed a maximum of 1600 mm.
- The maximum weight of the load unit must not exceed 1200 kg.
- The maximum dimension of pallets must not exceed 1200 mm x 1000 mm.
- Individual packs / reusable packaging / returnable containers/cargo units must not be damaged.
- Loading units must be accessible (at least 100 mm lower ride height).
